Amboss has helped me tremendously in preparation for Step 1 and Step 2 through the question banks! I'm looking forward to integrating it into my studying for Step 3. Additionally, as I've been on core rotations and electives during 4th year it has been a huge learning tool to be able to pull up on the fly and figure out the best next steps and management of my patients.

It has been the most helpful and accessible tool throughout my MS2-4 years. In the hospital, it has been a go-to resource for me to look up treatment plans and at times, diagrams that I can provide residents when teaching each other material. I also have been using it throughout board exam studying to quickly remind myself topics that I have forgotten. While used less frequently, I enjoyed the question bank both for the volume of questions for each article topic, as well as how it connects other topic pages when you go through the incorrect answer choices. I know other classmates who used the Q-bank differently, and I think the set-up allows for versatile studying.

I love AMBOSS for many reasons. Their QBank was powerful and you can stratify question types by difficulty. This allows you to practice with more Step like questions and they prepared me to do well on my school's exams and national boards. During clerkship, I utilized Amboss over UptoDate or epocrates because it is easier to use and more intuitive, has a highlight function, and gets me the exact information I need the fastest.

Amboss has been a huge source of support on clinical rotations. I use it as a quick refresher for any condition that walks through the door, reminding myself of the basic pathophysiology, diagnosis requirements, and treatment. It has made me more confident during my clinical rotations and allowed me to shine as a student and clinician!

AMBOSS has contributed to my success in preparing for preclinical exams and licensing exams through concise articles on preclinical subjects and question banks. I was consistently in the top 1% of my class, which was only possible through outstanding resources afforded by AMBOSS.

Amboss is my favorite quick reference guide while on clinical rotations! I also used the Amboss anki add on while studying for shelf exams and this greatly improved my exam scores. I cannot recommend Amboss enough!

Amboss is a phenomenal resource for medical students. It is a one-stop shop for helping students prepare for the wards and boards. The Knowledge Library allows students to review critical concepts efficiently before lectures, followed by challenging questions to test understanding and retention. The Amboss Qbank is unique because it actively prepares students for the vital USMLE and shelf examinations by highlighting critical parts of long question stems to teach test-taking strategy. The relatively new feature of being able to export Anki tags for students to pick out relevant flashcards in the large AnKing decks is also a game changer, facilitating retention of key concepts. On rotations, the Anki Clinician Mode also helps medical students find clinically relevant information to advance patient care.

I love the AMBOSS Anki add-on and knowledge app, along with the practice questions, which were invaluable throughout medical school and in preparing for Step 1. The Anki add-on transformed my pre-clinical learning from rote memorization to deeper understanding by linking unfamiliar terms to relevant literature. On clinical rotations, the knowledge app has helped me efficiently generate differentials, look up discussions with attendings, and apply management algorithms in my spare moments.

Your explanations were unrivaled. The AMBOSS addon for Anki was likely my most used and most talked about tips and trick when I helped our new students set their accounts up. The community of AMBOSSadors is strong; during my interview with San Diego there was a CA3 who I immediately connected with over our involvement with AMBOSS. Thanks for providing this opportunity for us!

I really like AMBOSS, it helped me prepare for my shelf exams with the Qbank questions and during the wards using the knowledge app. I found a lot of the algorithms and checklists to be super helpful.

My favorite thing about AMBOSS was the customizable exams with the guided hint. It was very helpful because a lot of courses have their own flow for learning information and topics, it’s not very streamlined according to first aid another study materials. AMBOSS allow me to tailor my studying during my didactic years and focus on questions that were board relevant, but also course relevant when I needed it.

I would often use the library and recommend it as a must-have to incoming clinical students. It is a faster reference than UpToDate when you need information quickly or are asked to review a topic. The attending looks back 30s later and you have everything ready to go. I used it for presentations on topics as well.

During my pre-clinical years, the question bank was very useful. I really enjoy the tutor mode to learn what parts of questions are important to look out for and why certain answers are correct vs incorrect with useful explanations. I also love the chrome add on for looking up terms I am unfamiliar with.On my clinical rotations, AMBOSS has been my go-to resource for searching conditions and treatment protocols. I choose AMBOSS for its ease of use and ability to implement articles into my studying when I leave the hospital.

I love Amboss easy to use interface, simplified articles, and integration into other resources such as Anki. Amboss helped me with preclinical but ultimately allowed me to succeed in clinical.

I love AMBOSS because it seamlessly bridges the gap between medical school learning and real-world clinical practice. During rotations, the point-of-care tool helped me quickly find evidence-based guidelines and refine differential diagnoses on rounds, making me a more confident and informed student. The interactive Qbank strengthened my clinical reasoning, helping me excel on exams like Step 2 while also preparing me for the fast-paced decision-making of residency. AMBOSS wasn’t just a study tool it became my go-to clinical companion, ensuring I provided safe, high-quality, and up-to-date patient care.

I used AMBOSS during every clerkship and STEP 2. I thought the question banks were the most comprehensive and the answer explanations with topic articles helped me to solidify information. I got a 260+ on my STEP 2 after completing their STEP 2 review.

AMBOSS was an integral tool throughout my preclinical and clinical years. I used its focused Q-bank to tackle difficult subjects and reinforce my understanding for Step 1, Step 2, and NBME shelf exams. The detailed explanations helped me strengthen my problem-solving skills and refine my thought process for clinical questions. During rotations, the quick-access Library was invaluable for preparing presentations and making differential diagnoses on rounds, offering concise, evidence-based information on-the-go. It played a key role in both my academic and clinical success.

AMBOSS was invaluable in several of my clinical rotations for understanding diseases, establishing assessments, and creating care plans. I even had multiple preceptors/attendings ask about the resource after sharing with them. The ability to understand and create evidence based decisions for patient care was so important.

Amboss is critical for my day to day studying. It is a reliable source of quick and concise information when I need an overview of a topic, or even an in depth explanation. The organization paired with the visuals makes it an incredibly better search engine than Google, as the content can be clinically focused, relevant to my studies as a med student, and trustworthy.

I love AMBOSS because it feels like a medical google, especially since the vocabulary learning curve is steep in medicine. If I don't understand a specific phrase, diagnosis, clinical finding, or even a clinical maneuver then I can search it on AMBOSS and learn everything that I need to know about it to fill in my own knowledge gaps. It's also great for improving my knowledge for medical examinations since I can quickly find high-yield information with the appropriate toggle.

One of my favorite aspects of AMBOSS is the chrome extension, which makes readings the latest articles & clinical trials inttantly accessible even if I've no background in that particular area of medicine. However the most useful tool for my medical school journey thus far has been the study plans for Step 1 and 2. 30 subjects in 30 days was a lifesaver.

AMBOSS is the main platform I use for brushing up on hard concepts and content. I actively use the AMBOSS question bank whenever I am preparing for my upcoming exams. I constantly refer to it as a hub for difficult topics, useful diagrams, and charts. I enjoy the Anki extension that connects directly to my account so I can brush up on difficult concepts as I am reviewing flashcards. I love using AMBOSS because it has so many tools to help advance my medical education.
